Hang Seng Index finishes 4.18% higher at midday

May 4, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Hong Kong stocks climbed 648.11 points or 4.18% to end the morning session at 16,169.10 points, with mainboard turnover standing at HK$41.275 billion.The Hang Seng China Enterprise Index, which tracks the overall performance of 43 Chinese mainland state-owned enterprises on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, swelled 387.06 points to 9,471.97 points.Foxconn International
