Apr. 30, 2009 (China Knowledge) - The Boeing Co, the world's leading aircraft maker, on Tuesday said its plans to build maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facilities in Shanghai remain unchanged despite a slowdown in the aviation market, the China Daily reported.
